  • Arguably Harmony Protocol's first memecoin, JarJar Token's fame exploded across the ONEverse, and what began as a joke to accompany some Darth Jar Jar fanfiction, started to gain serious momentum as more than just "Harmony's Dogecoin."

    As the community grew and the good devs focused on a DEX, exciting use-cases, and a bright future, one evil dev pulled the rug out from under the whole project when he simultaneously screwed DJJ holders and those holding a secondary token he quickly cobbled together. It sucked. He sucked. Sadly, it was the first of many rugpulls to happen in the early days of Harmony.

    Today, JarJar Token is a cautionary tale whispered in dark corners to would-be token developers who dare to dream. This NFT punk is a beautiful reminder that the project could've been great for the whole blockchain.
